Back to the Waves

It’s always been this way. Scrambling to catch the last waves before summer comes. See, in the tropics when summer (Mar- May) comes rolling in, the sea turns flat.

our home
out and about early in the morning
and so are the fishermen
the community that fishes together, gets fish for breakfast
some of the catch for the day
waiting for the swell
annddd surf’s up!
amusing ourselves in between surfing

This has been our routine for the next few days. Serenity, peace and quiet occasionally disturbed by the  crashing of waves. Not to mention fresh seafood and the numerous mango shakes that were consumed. Did I also mention the lack of crowd?

Needless to say it was a fun, bruisy, bumpy, ride. Heaven! Can’t wait until the next chance to catch the waves!
